Am AeroShield™ Program Terms and Conditions
The AeroShield™ Program is a subscription-based legal services program offered by Aero Law Center and designed specifically for FAA Part 145 repair stations. Clients enrolled in AeroShield™ benefit from discounted legal services, included attorney hours, and specialized compliance tools.
The following outlines the terms and conditions of each AeroShield™ subscription plan.
Silver Plan – $950/month
- Includes 1 attorney hour per month (12 per year, with rollover*).
- Quarterly legal check-ups via video conference. (up to 30 minutes each).
- 25% reduction on Aero Law Center’s standard hourly attorney rate. Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Firm.
Gold Plan – $1,450/month
- Includes 2 attorney hours per month (24 per year, with rollover*) OR one FAA Aircraft Mechanic’s Lien per year.
- Expanded quarterly check-ups via video conference. (up to 1 hour each).
- One annual Zoom classroom session for staff or management (up to 60 minutes).
- Access to advanced compliance tools and legal updates.
- 25% reduction on Aero Law Center’s standard hourly attorney rate. Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Firm.
Platinum Plan – $1,950/month
- Includes 3 attorney hours per month (36 per year, with rollover*) OR up to two FAA Aircraft Mechanic’s Liens per year.
- Expanded quarterly check-ups (up to 1.5 hours each).
- Two annual Zoom classroom sessions for staff or management.
- Priority access to compliance tools, legal audits, and template libraries.
- Access to the READY5™ emergency response legal team for urgent legal matters (response within 24 hours).
- 25% reduction on Aero Law Center’s standard hourly attorney rate. Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Firm.
General Terms Applicable to All Plans
- Subscription fees are due monthly and automatically debited each month on the anniversary of the date the AeroShield™ Program is signed by the client.
- Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, any unused rollover hours are forfeited.
- Discounted rates apply only to services rendered during an active subscription term and are not retroactive.
- Legal services beyond the included hours will be billed at the discounted AeroShield™ rate.
- Zoom classrooms must be scheduled with a minimum 14-day notice and are subject to attorney availability.
- FAA Aircraft Mechanic’s Liens provided under Gold and Platinum Plans must be filed in the name of the enrolled subscriber and are non-transferable.
- READY5™ access includes one attorney phone consultation and initial document review within 24 hours of notice; additional work is billed at the discounted rate.
- Roll Over may only occur within each one year term (“Term”), beginning on the date AeroShield™ Program is signed by the client. If any remaining hours are not used by the end of the Termm they are forfeited.
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your participation in the AeroShield™ Program, including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these terms, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties expressly waive any right to a trial by jury and agree that Broward County, Florida shall be the exclusive venue for any proceedings related to enforcement of the arbitration award or interim equitable relief, unless the parties agree to conduct the arbitration via Zoom or equivalent technology.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Service of process for arbitration or related matters may be made by certified mail or any nationally recognized courier service with delivery confirmation. THE PARTIES EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND AGREE THAT BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE FOR ANY PROCEEDINGS RELATED TO ENFORCEMENT OF THE ARBITRATION AWARD OR INTERIM EQUITABLE RELIEF.
