With a career spanning diverse industries, including Telcom, Technology, Media, Outsourced HR, Industrial Automation, Medical, Dental, Non-Profit, and more, Ausie brings a wealth of knowledge in HR strategy, corporate leadership, and consulting.

An active leader in the HR community, Ausie has held leadership roles at the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), HR Florida State Council, and Palm Beach County SHRM. Her contributions include serving as Treasurer, Legislative Affairs Director, Board Member, SHRM-Advocacy Team Representative, and Director of Inclusion & Diversity.
