Aero Law Center was founded by Jonathan A. Ewing, Esq., a board-certified aviation attorney who litigates in all Florida State and Federal Courts. We have extensive experience in litigating, negotiating, drafting, and closing commercial transactions – including aircraft dry and wet leases, corporate acquisitions, commercial loans, and aircraft purchases.
We have represented a multitude of unique aviation clients including Part 121 Airlines, Part 135 Air Charterers, aircraft brokers and lessors, aircraft component manufacturers, Part 145 Aircraft Repair Stations, Aircraft Brokers, Aircraft Purchasers, Aircraft Sellers, Pilots, and Insurance Companies. Our current practice consists of more than 90% aviation and aerospace cases.
